We have introduced the Virasoro algebra so far. Next we will explore how the Gelfand-Fuks cocycle is used to introduce a new inner product and the Kahler structure on the corresponding infinite-dimensional manifolds. Below are some questions we will address next week.

What is a unitary representation of a Lie algebra/Lie group? Why are they important for analysis on these spaces? And what are the difficulties in the setting of Virasoro algebra? Our goal now is to define a unitarizing measure according the the Airault-Malliavin-Thalmaier.
